Real Estate Expert Tim Leadbetter signs on as educator

Photo of Real Estate Expert and Real Estate Educator Tim LeadbetterWe are happy to introduce our newest Real Estate educator, Tim Leadbetter.   Tim hails from the Southeastern United States, and has quite an impressive resume.  Tim was a principal of Tega Cay Partners, the development company that built Tega Cay, SC back in the late 1970’s.   In 1990, Tim was recognized by Jack Kemp who at the time was the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, for implementing an ingenius solution to the affordable housing problem that plagues this country.   In 1991, Tim was named Professional Builder for the Year by the Giant 400.   Tim currently owns a boutique realty firm that specializes in the Charlotte Real Estate market.   This company has received local recognition for helping people become homeowners.

We are excited to have Tim on board with us!  He has a wealth of knowledge to contribute.  You can learn more about Tim and his myriad of awards and accomplishents at the official Tim Leadbetter website.

Real Estate School resumes - Get Ready for 2008!

We here at the Real Estate Education department at Adison took some time off over the summer to tackle some personal projects.   We are excited to announce that we are gearing up for a great 2008!   We are in the process of hiring some real estate professionals with a lot of experience to contribute to our blog.  

 If you are in college, or just graduated this past summer… stay tuned for great advice and insight through years of experience from seasoned professionals.  We are also compiling the real estate licensing procedure for each state, and will include some of the best real estate pre-licensing schools available.
